The EQAS methodology’s competency-based learning path is structured into five
badge levels (Levels 1-5). These levels serve as incremental steps in building a solid
foundation of sustainability knowledge and practice, guiding project managers
through progressively advanced competencies In each of the five key areas that
comprise the work of a European project manager:
Badge Levels
Green Initiator: Initiates basic sustainable practices in each research area, assisting managers in taking initial steps toward reducing environmental impact.- Eco Implementer: Builds on this foundation, fostering intermediate competencies that encourage sustainable practices, such as actively considering eco-friendly options and adopting renewable resources.
